At RovoKart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all accessories and tags (if applicable).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Products without original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable).
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.
Exchange
Products may be exchanged only if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
